PANOU is a modern bakery which was known as “Foligourmand” for over 20 years before the earthquake destroyed the entire building. The enterprise will produce quality baked goods for all 10 Haiti's departments with emphasis on traditional cakes, cookies, other Haitian sweets and a line of products tailored for diabetics and health-conscious consumers.
With LEAD funds, they will finish the construction of the new facility.
